Mr & Mrs Truman, from Mansfield, wanted to spruce up the front of their bungalow with a nice new driveway. Their old drive was made up of paving slabs and a small front garden. Our first job was to remove the old paving slabs and dig out the existing soil and rubble. After digging down to a sufficient depth for the new hardcore, we lay a heavy duty membrane and type one hardcore to give a solid base.

The next job was to lay the new cobblestone block paving, mixed shades to create a mottled effect. Around the edge of the drive we laid pavers and gravel to create a nice border. We also created a nice landscaped small front garden and erected a new fence down the side of the property. The entire job took three days to complete from start to finish.
